Dr. Waismann’s Accelerated Neuro-Regulation treats both opioid dependency and its symptoms. It reverses dependency on heroin, methadone, Suboxone, Subutex and other prescription opioid medications with a safe, effective and humane treatment.
ANR addresses the fundamental changes opioid dependency causes in the body, and with them the physical and psychological symptoms of dependence. Its therapeutic goal is to return the central nervous system to balance: decreasing receptor production, allowing the body to resume proper endorphin production, and letting it metabolize and eliminate the unnecessary opioids.
The ANR treatment, step by step
The therapeutic goal of ANR is to repair the endorphin system, for real and lasting results that free patients from the cycle of dependency. The treatment has four steps.
1
Preparation: pre-admission
During this time the medical team works with the patient and their loved ones to improve the patient’s overall health and lifestyle, adjust their opioid dosing and prepare them for the procedure.
2
Modulation: hospital admission and procedure
Morning: admission, lab work, comprehensive clinical evaluation and pre-medication.
Noon: the procedure. Patients are sedated for approximately 4 to 5 hours.
Evening: first stage of recovery, continuous evaluation and fine-tuning of the endorphin-receptor balance, if required.
Next day: patients begin physical activity and eating, and most patients are discharged from the hospital.
3
Stabilization: post-discharge follow-ups
Initial follow-ups are done face to face to help the patient stabilize their recovered endorphin system. Patients learn about the importance of physical activity, proper diet and intellectual stimulation, and receive the tools to start their system optimization.
4
Optimization: follow-ups
As the patient returns home, they work together with the ANR team to optimize the endorphin system for a lasting recovery and a healthy, fulfilling life.
